| PJ Musilli, Owner
PJ has been involved in regular physical exercise ever since he
caught his first pass in flag football 19 years ago as a young boy.
Since that time he has won state championships, collegiate championships,
obtained a bachelors degree in physical and health education with
an emphasis in sports medicine. He also studied sports psychology
at the graduate level. If he is not working at Fitness Together
then he is probably training for his next triathlon. He also has
a passion for helping others set and reach both life and fitness
goals. He is a helper and teacher by nature. He has helped people
achieve goals ranging from weight loss to finishing their first
marathon.
He loves to share his passions and is available to speak on topics
including but not limited to: Weight Loss, Goal Setting, Heart Disease
Prevention, Training and Finishing your first race whether it be
cycling, running, or a triathlon.
It is not the critic who counts; not the man who points out
how the strong man stumbles, or where the doer of deeds could have
done them better. The credit belongs to the man in the arena, whose
face is marred by dust and sweat and blood; who strives valiantly…who
knows the great enthusiasms, the great devotion; who spends himself
in a worthy cause; who at the best knows in the end the triumph
of high achievement, and who at the worst, if he fails, at least
fails while daring greatly, so that his place shall never be with
those cold and timid souls who have never known neither victory
nor defeat.

Kate Bridges, Manager, BS, CSCS
Kate is a graduate of Colorado State University with a degree in
Human Nutrition with concentrations in Dietetics and Fitness. She
is a nationally certified personal trainer through the Aerobic and
Fitness Association of America (AFAA), and a Certified Strength
and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Sports and
Conditioning Association (NSCA). She is also a nationally certified
Yoga Instructor, completing an intensive training at the Shoshoni
Yoga Retreat outside Nederland, CO. Her background includes swimming,
running, yoga, a figure competition, developing nutritional programs
for individuals and athletes, and one on one training with a diverse
clientele with goals ranging from weight loss to marathon training.
She believes in providing clients with the knowledge and tools to
develop a healthy lifestyle they will enjoy and be able to maintain
throughout their lives.

| Josh Bridges BS, CSCS
Josh has a degree in Health and Exercise Science from Colorado
State University, with a concentration in sports medicine. He is a nationally
certified personal trainer through the Aerobic and Fitness Association of America
(AFAA), and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the
National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). With an extensive background
in nutrition one of Josh’s main goals is to educate his clients
on healthy eating and how it pertains to their goals. Having spent
a lot of time working with athletic trainers and physical therapists Josh knows
how to handle, rehabilitate, and prevent injuries. Josh has a variety of experience
dealing with diverse populations including: youth camps, weight loss, cancer
survivors, the elderly, and training individuals for fitness competitions. Whatever
your goal may be Josh can help you realize and achieve them.

Luke Dettinger BS, CSCS
Luke is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire where he earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Management. He currently holds certifications through the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and a Certified Personal Trainer (NSCA-CPT). He is also a Certified Spinning Instructor through Johnny G. Spin. Luke’s fitness background includes working with seniors at a senior center, training athletes to improve their performance for recreation and competition, and designing programs for fellow troops to improve fitness and lifestyles while serving in the Army National Guard and in Iraq. Whether your goals include weight loss, stress reduction, performance enhancement or others, Luke will have the tools to help you achieve success.

Tanya Pater BS, ACSM
Tanya is a graduate form the University of Idaho with a degree in Sport Science
and Community Health. Her background consists of activities such as hiking, biking,
swimming, and running for the UI track team. Tanya is a certified personal trainer
through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). She has worked with many
clients with various goals and loves to help her clients reach those goals.

Ramon Warren, NASM
Ramon is a graduate of St. Petersburg junior college. After spending 9 years
in the Army he decided to pursue his passion of fitness. Ramon enjoys working
with all individual fitness levels and has over four years of personal training
experience and has had great success with many clients. Ramon takes training
seriously and makes it a priority for his clients to reach and go beyond their
goals. He is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
